Trip Options

We offer two guided fly fishing packages designed for 1–2 anglers per trip:

Half-Day Trip – $375

• Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Gear and drinking water included
• Great for those with limited time or first-time fly anglers

Full-Day Trip – $650

• Time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Includes lunch, drinking water, and all fly fishing gear
• Best for anglers looking to maximize their time on the water

All trips are conducted from Matt’s 18’ 2018 Willy drift boat, built for comfort, casting space, and smooth travel down the river.

Species You’ll Target

The Lower Sacramento River is best known for its wild rainbow trout, which are active and catchable year-round due to regulated flows from Keswick Dam. During the late fall and winter months, there’s also a chance of encountering steelhead in certain sections. We practice catch-and-release fly fishing using nymphs, dry flies, and streamers—depending on season and river conditions.
